Water Squeeze by Pump Pipe
The submersible water pump has a water squeeze from the thread of the check valve. The area of the water lich has a pressure of 60 pounds.
Reparation
The water pump was uninstalled and the back-up valve was removed. The PVC thread of the pipe that connects to the back-up valve was found broken.
Work Completed
Due to the fact that the universal joint is glued, the PVC pipe could not be placed the same as the existing one. The broken PVC pipe was replaced with galvanized pipe.
